When you shop on large online marketplaces, it is not always easy to find out who makes a product and where it comes from.
Many European small businesses, family-run and independent brands make their products in Europe and sell them through their own online shops. These businesses can be difficult to discover, as they often lack the advertising budgets of larger platforms.
This website brings these shops together in one directory. You can browse by product category, country and price range, then visit a shop's own website to make your purchase directly.
GetFromEU helps you find the shop selling the product, so you can buy directly from the business behind it. The directory does not sell products, handle orders, or earn commissions from your purchases.

Is the directory free to use?
Yes. You can browse and search for free. An optional membership helps cover server and maintenance costs and gives you access to extra features, such as random shop suggestions, more filter options, and shareable lists of your favourite stores.
Can I purchase directly from the directory?
No. The directory helps you find shops, but it does not process orders or payments. Each shop operates its own online store, where you can place your order and pay directly. The shop’s terms and conditions, delivery options, and returns policy apply to your purchase.
What are the listing criteria?
Every shop undergoes a manual review before it is added to the directory. To qualify, a shop must manufacture most of its products in Europe, deliver to at least 10 EU countries, sell its own products, and operate as an independent shop rather than a marketplace.
How are the shop descriptions written?
Most descriptions are prepared with the help of AI tools, based on the information each shop publishes on its own website. This allows us to describe hundreds of shops in a consistent way and keep the directory up to date. Descriptions prepared this way are labelled accordingly, and we recommend checking key details, such as prices and delivery terms, on the shop’s website before placing an order.
Do shops have to pay to be listed?
Submitting a shop for review is free. Every submission follows the same review process and approval criteria. Once a shop has been reviewed and approved, it can pay for a promoted placement. All promoted placements are clearly labelled.
How can I suggest a shop?
If you know a shop that meets our listing criteria, please submit it using the Submit a shop form.
How do I report incorrect information?
Open the shop and use the Report button, or write to us through the contact form. We check every report.
What does a membership include?
A membership gives you access to extra features: random shop suggestions, more filter options, and lists of saved shops that you can share. Browsing the directory stays free for everyone. Membership fees also help cover the running costs, such as the domain, server and marketing.
